The human natural rhythm is to sleep when we tend to go in bed but if we overcome it by spending time in bed texting and using medias, people will decrease in efficiency and especially students become less efficient, in particular in their studies. Apart from using other medias and surfing the net, the worst cases are when a person texts, when this concept of decreased efficiency comes into play.
The human body needs to rest, to sleep is not something that people can go without its in the nature of every living organism in the world.
