Extreme/Best Ways To Be Famous in only 1 Year

1. Begin By Making It All About Others, Not Yourself

  • Inspire, entertain and educate others without thought to making sales or promoting yourself or your business
  • Be a real person behind that company, not a faceless entity
  • Be accessible and transparent; have a social media presence that involves conversations; answer emails; be present wherever there are important conversations occurring, especially in groups related to your niche
  • Do not be “better” than others; rather be helpful and friendly and humble
  • Engage others daily, especially influencers. Hanging out with influencers makes you one too.
  • If you succeed, don’t be the first one to boast, but try to share the lessons you’ve learn and inspire other people to follow your path. And if you don’t succeed from the first attempt, don’t be discreet about your failure either. There’s nothing wrong with making mistakes and talking about that, rather than trying to appear as a super human.

2.  Get Your Face and Your Personality “Out There”

  • Like a storekeeper, has personal relationships with all of their customers. Of course, these can no longer be face-to-face, but they can be strong relationships nevertheless. Today’s digital consumers of anything demand relationships.

3. Provide Consistent, Public, Interesting, and Free Content

  • Get your “public” involved in everything you do

  • Create amazing and interest and entertaining and inspirational content is cheap.

  • Do something fun and some education and they want it in engaging ways.

  • On the Internet there are no walls and there are few rules. You build a fan base and that fan base reaches out to its communities, as long as your content is great. People share what is free and what is publicly provided. So give free and public!

4. Sponsor an Important Charity

  • One of the best ways to enhance your fame is to sponsor a well-known and compassionate charitable cause.

5. Develop Relationships with Influencers

  • Hang out with successful people (By following and participate in hot discussion)

6. Work on Your Fame Everyday

It can mean creating amazing content or videos on social media.

7. Cultivate your Guru Status

At first, you will give away a lot of stuff, maybe you will create free “how-to” e-guides.  Maybe you will create slide shows and videos that provide expert advice. As the demand for your stuff grows, create new “stuff” and begin to charge for it.

Home Made battery !! Create one too !!

Scientists at the University of Maryland have a new recipe for batteries:

!!!   Bake a leaf, and add sodium !!!

They used a carbonized oak leaf, pumped full of sodium, as a demonstration battery's negative terminal, or anode, according to a paper published yesterday in the journal.

"Leaves are so abundant. All we had to do was pick one up off the ground here on campus," said Hongbian Li, a visiting professor at the University of Maryland's department of materials science and engineering and one of the main authors of the paper. Li is a member of the faculty at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology in Beijing, China.

ALSO: other studies have shown that melon skin, banana peels and peat moss can be used in this way, but a leaf needs less preparation.

The scientists are trying to make a battery using sodium where most rechargeable batteries sold today use lithium. Sodium would hold more charge, but can't handle as many charge-and-discharge cycles as lithium can.

One of the roadblocks has been finding an anode material that is compatible with sodium, which is slightly larger than lithium. Some scientists have explored graphene, dotted with various materials to attract and retain the sodium, but these are time consuming and expensive to produce. In this case, they simply heated the leaf for an hour at 1,000 degrees C (don't try this at home) to burn off all but the underlying carbon structure.

The lower side of the maple leaf is studded with pores for the leaf to absorb water. In this new design, the pores absorb the sodium electrolyte. At the top, the layers of carbon that made the leaf tough become sheets of nanostructured carbon to absorb the sodium that carries the charge.

"The natural shape of a leaf already matches a battery's needs: a low surface area, which decreases defects; a lot of small structures packed closely together, which maximizes space; and internal structures of the right size and shape to be used with sodium electrolyte," said Fei Shen, a visiting student in the department of materials science and engineering and the other main author of the paper.
"We have tried other natural materials, such as wood fiber, to make a battery," said Liangbing Hu, an assistant professor of materials science and engineering.

"A leaf is designed by nature to store energy for later use, and using leaves in this way could make large-scale storage environmentally friendly."

The next step, Hu said, is "to investigate different types of leaves to find the best thickness, structure and flexibility" for electrical energy storage. The researchers have no plans to commercialize at this time.

The work was supported by the Department of Energy's Energy Frontier Research Center program, as part of Nanostructures for Electrical Energy Storage.

Don't DO !! - 30 Things You must never say in an Interview for a Job

1. 'So, what do you do here ?

First thing that you have always to do is to research the company aim and goals, also achievements so that you know what the company or organization that you are  doing the interview at are up to.

Also as an extra bonus this will show also that you are really interested in joining up the TEAM.

2.'My last company ......'

Never say anything wrong about the previous employee as this can result in putting a bad influence on you to the new potential boss. I repeat even if the old job was very problematic never and never say bad things on it, while the interview this will push away the interviewer away !!!

3.'I didn't agreed, with my boss....'

Same don't mention any wrong ideas and bad things on the Boss or co workers that you had as this will influence the interviewer to an idea that you are quite difficult to work with and chances of being accepted get lower.

4. 'i am a bit nervous'

To be nervous is normal and automatically your body language will show it but don't tell.  the company knows that your nervous but never express it as the company wants a person who is quite confidence and this result is superficial. An honest answer on this matter is not suggested, only very few, this one is acceptable.

5.' I will do whatever it takes'

It is very important that you are eager to work with the team and to get involved in all their matters but don't get too exited and you say the bad words which are [Yes i do whatever it takes] never be so rushed into it, always ask them if there be training for that task to be achieved and support so that you can provide surely a positive product or outcome.

6. “I am aware that i don't have the necessary experience...'

Never mention that you lack experience after all of us were born without experience but on the other hand focus  and stay positive that although you lack the experience in that sector you still can perform that duty and achieve a good result ! Then by the TRAINING that they will be providing you the skills you already have achieved for that job you work will not be good but excellent.

Don't show your flaws but show that you are a positive person and that what you lack can be easily achieve with the basic and also specific skills that you have.

7. “It is written on my CV.”

If the interviewer asks for something in particular if you know it or even if you can handle it, don't mention in any time the Curriculum Vitae(CV). Explain that you are capable of that particular task so that the interviewer can see that you are knowledgeable on your CV and this is written and updated by you.

8. “Yes! I have an answer!”

Try to have a normal and positive conversation don't answer in a robotic way adapt the tone and the words you choose. Dont COPY and answer that is obvious to be told just be original in what you say.

9. “I am a person who tries to be perfect.”

It is an obvious answer, this will show that you are doing the interview as a rehearsed one. Be ORIGINAL and never say that you try in everything to you do to do it perfect as nobody does.

10. I have an excellent scholarship

Just outline the main qualifications for the JOB, the other scholastic years and hard work done are written in the CV and will show later. Don't explain them to the interviewer.

11. “I think outside the box.”

Obvious answer, never say that. Just if you act natural although nervous and find ways when the problem is not solvable or there is only one way, you can show him indirectly that you really think out of the box.

13. 'On my trip to Italy'

To interact with the interviewer by a story is a good way to promote yourself but it is very important that the story has to be connected somehow to the ability of working to the company or relevant to your skills withing the company.

14.'work with others / teamwork'

Don't tell the interviewer that you are a copycat. Think outside the box before the interview. try to say few words that impress a bit the interviewer if not be original to it.

16. “Um, I don’t know.”

For sure to say that  you don't know is not good but to show the interviewer that you are up to the challenge no matter what ask myab efor a paper and pen if the task is quite complicated or that this question is quite difficult and that you think that .......

This will show that you are interested in it and that you want to answer it although you don't know.

17. “How much vacation time do I get?”

!!!!Never ask that question!!!!

18. “How soon do you promote employees?”

Don't ask questions like these as you make a very bad impression on yourself.

19. “Nope—no questions.”

Try to have at least always one question to the interviewer.. always this show interest in the position and eager to learn. Examples of such: Does this job provide training? or If i am accepted will I have some mentoring so that I can improve my skills to the specific job you require more perfectly.

20.'Really you are a person on my friendslist'?

Never get to much confident don't ask questions which are personal !!! NEVER !! or about his/her life.

22. 'Start my own business'

If they are to employ you and eventually train you , the interviewer doesn't want to hear that you are aiming to have another vision and leave the company, as this for the company result in loss of money and resources. Aim only for the job position and your GOALS keep them for yourself.

23. “What the hell!”

Even if your interviewer says some words which are cool and makes you more comfortable, never and ever say them yourself. Be polite and address the interviewer always in a fashionable way.

25. “Do you know when we’ll be finished here?”

Never be rude and ask the interviewer how long this will take, don't be in a rush, be calm and reasonable. Be prudent and show that you have time for as long as it takes.

26. “I’m going through a tough time right now.”

Don't mention personal issues or any drama that you are experiencing. The interviewer doesn't want to hear that but be focused on the positive things you achieved, are achieving and will achieve.

27. “Sorry I’m so late.”

Don't be LATE

28. “Sorry I’m so early.”

To be early is a positive thing but its better if you keep on waiting without notifying anyone just make your presence visible. Just 10 minutes before contact someone maybe in the administration that in 10 minutes time you have an interview with the specific person and wait as long ass it takes for the interviewer.

29. I was never Fired !!

Even if it is the case that you have been fired, never show any signs that you did something wrong or also that you were in the right. Keep it plain and simple, that the owner had to reduce staff, the company had suffered some loses and this is a backfire, that you were not fired but still available to work their but you wish to join a team which is more suitable to your skill set and that this will help you also as a goal in your life.

30. Why we should employ you ?

1 - It's an unfair question
2 - It is a question to mess directly with your head
3 - The answer is never a positive one, but in many cases that I had experienced, to choose not answer for it in some cases its the best answer as its completely a messed up question.

Follow these steps and don't forget that if you have studied and you are prepared today, tomorrow or the day after you will succeed !!! and in the End if they don't accept you from my experience that's their LOSS !!!

Always be positive and in regards if you wish further explanation or help you are more than welcome to send me or comment !!!
